Summer Intern (Finance)

What you will do

• Prepare and track vendor payments via e-banking systems and communicate with suppliers.
• Manage monthly debit notes, journal entries, and reimbursement tracking.
• Support month-end closing activities, including counterparty reconciliation.
• Draft financial statements, notes, and audit schedules for statutory filings.
• Maintain balance sheet schedules such as accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets.
• Handle filing systems and documentation for the Finance Department.

Requirements

• Current student in Accounting, Finance, or a related degree.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is required.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Analytical problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with Oracle, SAP, or Enfusion.
• Knowledge of Excel Macros.
