What you will do

• Co-manage the APAC Clearing/Post-Trade Operations team, including oversight, mentoring, and development.
• Manage post-trade workflows across regional exchanges and OTC markets to ensure accurate capture, confirmation, and settlement.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including prime brokers, custodians, and trading venues.
• Collaborate with the Global Clearing team to define operational standards and back-office technology roadmaps.
• Lead onboarding for new regional products, markets, and strategies, including requirements gathering and system design.
• Ensure robust control and reconciliation processes, including managing collateral, fees, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience in post-trade operations within a buy-side or sell-side institution.
• Experience managing an operations team or sub-team, preferably with regional APAC scope.
• Deep knowledge of post-trade lifecycles for equities, derivatives, FX, and fixed income.
• Strong understanding of APAC market structure and regional clearing practices.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and business analysis within financial operations.
• English fluency required; Mandarin proficiency is strongly preferred for Shanghai.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with back-office reconciliation systems.
• Advanced data analysis and Excel skills.
