What you will do

• Architect and implement real-time voice solutions for authentication, fraud prevention, and deepfake detection platforms.
• Integrate and optimize voice network systems including SIP, VoIP, and cloud-based telephony services for reliability.
• Design and maintain high-security, carrier-grade voice infrastructure supporting high-availability environments.
• Utilize automation engines and monitoring tools like Python, Ansible, and Terraform to enhance system resilience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges and troubleshoot voice networking issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of professional experience in voice engineering or related fields.
• Deep understanding of voice and data networking technologies including SIP, VoIP, PBX, and SBC platforms.
• Proven experience architecting and scaling cloud-native voice infrastructures on AWS or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in automation and monitoring tools such as Python, Ansible, Terraform, and GitHub.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide technical mentorship and participate in cross-team reviews.
