What you will do

  • Partner with leadership to oversee the delivery of multiple complex cross-functional projects and programs.
  • Develop end-to-end delivery plans, track milestones, and manage project resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate priority alignment and coordinate cross-team dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Provide structured reporting and updates to executives and key stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and coach teams on delivery methodologies and best practices.
  • Lead the implementation of new governance frameworks to scale product delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing complex, cross-functional technical programs.
  • Background in the iGaming industry with a deep understanding of its landscape.
  • Certification in agile delivery methodologies; Prince2 or PMP highly valued.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience communicating across multicultural teams.
  • Proven ability to anticipate risks and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in working within AI-driven engineering environments.

Nice to have

  • Project management certification (Prince2, PMP).
