What you will do

• Lead legal strategy for corporate, commercial, IP, and regulatory matters, including drafting high-value agreements.
• Collaborate with external counsel to provide comprehensive support for product development and IP protection.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and work closely with compliance teams.
• Research legal issues, audit marketing campaigns for regulatory alignment, and track industry trends.
• Develop internal legal policies, templates, and drive process improvements while mentoring junior team members.
• Manage legal documentation, contract records, and conduct internal training to build legal awareness.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor (UK or equivalent) with at least 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Extensive in-house experience within the tech, gaming, or digital sectors.
• Broad expertise in commercial, regulatory, IP, and data protection law.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts for non-legal stakeholders effectively.
• Experience navigating multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required.
