What you will do

  • Analyze payment data using SQL and create compelling dashboards to track key metrics and performance.
  • Implement strategies to reduce payment declines and enhance transaction success rates.
  • Build and refine chargeback mitigation strategies to protect merchant accounts.
  • Develop detection logic to identify bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and synthetic identities.
  • Design and analyze AB tests to drive improvements in payment and fraud processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payment and fraud departments.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Solid background in the gambling industry, specifically in payments and fraud prevention.
  • Experience with AB testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional environments.
  • English proficiency required for global team collaboration.
