What you will do

• Analyze data from statistical sources and web analytics logs to inform business decisions.
• Design, run, and validate A/B experiments to assess product changes and feature performance.
• Analyze promotional mechanics and the impact of new features.
• Develop automated dashboards for recurring reporting and fulfill ad hoc analytical requests.
• Prepare detailed analytical reports and communicate key findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics.
• Strong SQL skills, including window functions and query optimization, with experience in MySQL and ClickHouse.
• Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Statsmodels, and Scikit-learn.
• Proven experience in analyzing and interpreting A/B test results.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
• Deep understanding of key product metrics, including LTV, ARPU, and Retention.

Nice to have

• Experience building and maintaining data marts or analytical datasets independently.
• Knowledge of Apache Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools.
• Experience analyzing user journeys and generating behavioral insights.
• Familiarity with GitLab, Confluence, and Jira.
