Physician (MD/DO) (Medical): Providing root-cause functional medicine care to patients with chronic diseases with an accent on personalized 60-minute visits and data-driven treatment plans. Focus on building deep patient relationships, leveraging advanced diagnostics, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver human-centered outcomes.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Manhattan, NY for at least 3 days/week

Salary: $200,000 – $300,000

What you will do

• Conduct functional medicine visits both virtually and in-person at the NY Center.
• Utilize advanced testing to identify root causes of chronic illness.
• Partner with health coaches and care teams to drive patient outcomes.
• Build long-term, deep relationships with patients.
• Document patient care in a proprietary, user-friendly EMR.

Requirements

• Board-certified MD or DO with active state licensure in NY.
• At least 3 years of post-residency clinical experience.
• Passion for lifestyle medicine, nutrition, and patient-centered care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Must be available for at least three days per week in-person in Manhattan, NY.
