What you will do

• Support and facilitate the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects
• Coordinate efforts across various teams to ensure goals are aligned and projects are delivered on time
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, roadmaps, and task management workflows
• Set up team briefings, internal reviews, and technical meetings
• Identify opportunities for new projects and perform labor estimation, risk, and change management
• Analyze scrum team metrics to improve flow and predictability

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in an Agile environment
• English language level: B2 or higher
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, technical design, and API integrations
• Hands-on experience managing multiple projects and scrum teams in parallel
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Lucidchart
• Proven ability to translate engineering discussions into actionable items

Nice to have

• Proactive risk identification and mitigation experience
• Strong analytical mindset for data-driven decision making
