What you will do

• Process and validate partner product data to ensure accuracy and marketplace compliance.
• Support partner onboarding, contract preparation, and system access setup.
• Coordinate with buying, merchandising, and logistics teams to resolve partner queries.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and generate regular trend reports.
• Assist in the implementation of promotions, price updates, and catalogue changes.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and support partner training initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or related fields.
• Must be available for a hybrid role in Dubai.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and internal database systems.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or operations internships.
• Knowledge of ERP or catalogue management tools.
• Additional language proficiency.
