What you will do
- Define and own the end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion.
- Optimize the growth funnel to improve key performance metrics such as DAU, retention, and conversion rates.
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and drive tional and product improvements.
- Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to validate and scale high-impact initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and tions teams to achieve growth targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 5+ years of experience in growth, product, or tions roles.
- Proven experience managing the full growth lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL or data analysis tools.
- Strong business acumen and leadership abilities.
- English proficiency required.
