Customer Advocacy Intern

TL;DR

Customer Advocacy Intern (Marketing): Supporting the team responsible for building and growing customer marketing programs with an accent on customer engagement and scaling customer programs. Focus on building customer participation with enterprise customers and partnering closely with stakeholders in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and PR/AR.

Location: Working from our Singapore office 3-5 days a week.

What you will do

• Support and fulfill sales and RFP requests for customer references.
• Qualify, develop, and maintain a targeted pipeline of strategic customer relationships.
• Contribute to the development of high quality, world-class customer story content.
• Coordinate across many teams and executives, pre/post event success.
• Support the research, writing, and editing of engaging case studies, customer interviews, and other marketing collateral.
• Contribute to planning and brainstorming sessions, bringing creative ideas and new efficiencies using AI to the table.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Journalism, English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Available for a full-time 12-week internship, working from our Singapore office 3-5 days a week during the summer (May-Aug).
• A strong portfolio of writing samples across different formats.
• Ability to write clearly and concisely with the flexibility to adapt tone for various digital platforms and audiences.
• Strong project management and research skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
