What you will do

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and adaptation for up to 100 employees.
• Partner with managers to resolve complex employee relations cases and conflict situations.
• Track and analyze HR metrics to optimize processes and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Manage benefits packages and collect employee feedback to improve working conditions.
• Coordinate corporate events and internal engagement initiatives to foster company culture.
• Maintain clear documentation and assist in the implementation of HR automation tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
• Previous experience in IT, outstaffing, or outsourcing companies.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in conflict resolution and partnering with management.
• Proven ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Proficiency in HR analytics and a proactive approach to process creation.

Nice to have

• Experience with international teams and launching HR initiatives from scratch.
• Background in designing Learning & Development programs.
• Familiarity with AI and process automation tools.
