Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid or Onsite).

Salary: 22,600 – 31,000 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Oversee key reward processes including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and annual salary reviews.
• Manage headcount, salary, and OPEX budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead and mentor a team of rewards professionals to drive performance and development.
• Bridge the gap between group strategy and operational delivery for total rewards.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to HR leadership and business managers.
• Manage share-based compensation and comprehensive benefit structures.

Requirements

• Fluent English: C1+ level required for professional presentations and negotiations.
• Advanced MS Office/Google Workspace skills (VBA/JavaScript is a plus).
• Experience with at least one point-factor job evaluation methodology.
• Proven track record in project and team management.
• Ability to synthesize complex data and think strategically under pressure.
• Willingness to relocate to Warsaw, Poland as the role requires onsite or hybrid attendance.
