TL;DR
Senior Software Engineer (Go): Developing and maintaining a scalable, low-overhead system for real-time telemetry processing in cloud environments with an accent on backend performance, concurrency, and microservices architecture. Focus on end-to-end ownership, including DevOps integration, infrastructure automation, and ensuring high-availability within a cybersecurity product suite.
Location: Hybrid, must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland

What you will do
- Contribute to end-to-end product implementation primarily using Go, with additional work in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Take ownership of the solution by managing DevOps aspects including Helm charts, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and alerting.
- Collaborate on product architecture and design to ensure scalable and robust solutions.
- Develop technical expertise across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.
- Work within a cross-functional team to solve complex performance and reliability challenges in cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong understanding of software fundamentals including concurrency, synchronization, memory management, and data structures.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience working with micro-service architectures and cloud-native services.
- Practical experience in DevOps domains such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and GitHub Actions.
- Must be authorized to work in Poland or able to work via B2B contract locally.

- Knowledge of the cybersecurity domain.
- Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in cloud security or threat detection.
