What you will do
- Provide Level 2 support for critical hardware and software airport systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with IS&D teams and airport staff to maintain service reliability.
- Document technical interventions, incidents, and preventive actions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support procedures and documentation.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Japanese: Native proficiency required.
- English: Communicative proficiency required.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
