TL;DR
IT Support Engineer (System Engineering): Providing internal IT support for a mixed Windows and macOS environment with an accent on ticket management and user assistance. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Tokyo with regular in-office presence.

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal IT support requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues.
- Manage tickets using Jira Service Management, prioritizing and documenting resolutions.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including laptop setup and account provisioning.
- Perform device management tasks and maintain MDM policies.
- Contribute to internal IT guidelines and process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience supporting Windows and/or macOS environments.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English.
- Must be able to work in the office in Tokyo.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira preferred).
- Foundational understanding of Google Workspace and MDM concepts.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
