What you will do

• Develop digital strategies for websites, online shops, and digital platforms.
• Lead and shape client pitches to attract new business.
• Provide strategic consulting and manage client onboarding in collaboration with project teams.

• Facilitate workshops and present solutions at the decision-maker level.
• Optimize user journeys and conversion performance alongside the marketing team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the digital sector or agency environment.
• German language proficiency at a minimum C1 level is required.
• Good command of English.
• Proven experience in strategic client consulting and confident presentation skills.
• Understanding of information architecture, user experience, and web analytics.
• Analytical mindset and curiosity for digital trends.
