What you will do

• Identify long-outstanding or complex accounts and collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes.
• Support aged debt reduction plans and provide regular progress updates to management.
• Prepare necessary documentation, reports, and evidence for both internal and external audits.
• Ensure AR processes including invoice posting, cash allocation, and approval workflows are followed accurately.
• Identify gaps in financial processes and contribute to the implementation of improved controls.

Requirements

• Must be able to commute to the Cambridge office for a hybrid role.
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or finance administration.
• Solid understanding of AR processes, financial controls, and audit requirements.
• Proficiency in finance/ERP systems and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
