TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Engineer (Cybersecurity): Providing technical product solutions and ensuring the successful adoption of the hirify.global platform for existing enterprise clients with an accent on deployment health, architecture reviews, and value delivery. Focus on building long-term relationships with stakeholders, identifying complex use cases, and maintaining high levels of platform usage and account retention.

What you will do

  • Act as a technical expert and consultant to help customers maximize value across network, email, and cloud environments.
  • Conduct discovery and architecture design reviews for existing large-scale deployments.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders ranging from security administrators to C-suite executives.
  • Document customer needs and map them to technical solutions to drive retention and account growth.
  • Maintain technical proficiency in the hirify.global platform and keep up with the evolving cybersecurity landscape.
  • Provide mentorship to peers and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Success Managers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant role such as Customer Success Engineering or Technical Account Management.
  • Strong knowledge of both on-premise and cloud networking infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven ability to build lasting, critical business relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
  • Fluency in English required; additional European language is considered a plus.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in email security, incident response, or cloud security architecture.
  • Relevant industry certifications.
  • Fluency in an additional European language.
