What you will do

• Act as the primary AR Finance contact for local Finance, Sales, and GBS AR Operations to ensure alignment and resolve critical escalation topics.
• Monitor and improve AR KPIs, including DSO, overdue balances, and dispute levels, while driving collection action plans.
• Oversee dispute resolution processes, credit risk management, and credit limit assessments in cooperation with Credit Management.
• Support month-end closing activities including reconciliations, accruals, and provisions to ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to finance transformation and process standardization initiatives such as S/4HANA implementation and automation.
• Prepare performance reporting for management and provide actionable insights on trends, risks, and customer exposure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting within the Order-to-Cash area.
• Fluent English and Polish required (minimum B2/C1).
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence across cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, and Operations.
• Self-starter mindset with a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
