Salary: up to 13,000 PLN per month (6-month Fixed Term Contract)

What you will do
- Oversee end-to-end accounts payable duties across all group entities.
- Process group invoices, employee expenses, and perform invoice matching in Bank.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and act as the primary point of contact for financial queries.
- Drive the automation of AP processes to improve month-end close and payment efficiency.
- Manage AP systems including NetSuite, Approval Max, and Zone OCR.
- Support ad hoc finance and accounting projects.
Requirements
- 3 years of proven experience in accounts payable functions.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and bookkeeping principles.
- Proficiency with accounting software, specifically NetSuite, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to manage financial records and calculate accounting figures independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Entrepreneurial approach to owning end-to-end processes.
