TL;DR

Finance Manager (Web3): Managing financial deliverables, statutory reporting, and compliance for a high-growth crypto payment provider with an accent on Polish accounting standards and group-level financial control. Focus on automating accounting processes, overseeing cash flow, and collaborating with local and group auditors during a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Location: Must be based in Poland (Warsaw or Wroclaw offices)

Salary: 19,000 - 21,500 PLN

What you will do

  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end reporting and cash flow management.
  • Oversee tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Perform reconciliations and prepare accounting entries.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors for financial requests.
  • Supervise accounts payable processes and review the work of the AP Manager.
  • Support ad hoc financial tasks for the Group Head of Finance.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Polish accounting, tax, and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with finance automation and systems implementation.
  • English proficiency required for work in a multinational team.
  • High level of ownership and independence in tasks.

Nice to have

  • Full or partial accountancy qualifications such as ACCA or CIMA.
  • Experience with NetSuite, US GAAP, UK GAAP, or IFRS.
