What you will do
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers to understand their business needs and drive platform adoption.
- Become a subject matter expert in the platform to proactively identify and deliver value to clients.
- Analyze customer challenges and independently develop effective solutions to enhance business outcomes.
- Leverage data and insights to guide decision-making and identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Lead strategic discussions with executive stakeholders to influence positive change within their organizations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Requirements
- Experience in a SaaS, technology, or customer-facing role.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proven ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with executive presence.
- Ability to prioritize multiple accounts and manage complex topics independently.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States.
