What you will do

  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers to understand their business needs and drive platform adoption.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the platform to proactively identify and deliver value to clients.
  • Analyze customer challenges and independently develop effective solutions to enhance business outcomes.
  • Leverage data and insights to guide decision-making and identify opportunities for account expansion.
  • Lead strategic discussions with executive stakeholders to influence positive change within their organizations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Requirements

  • Experience in a SaaS, technology, or customer-facing role.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with executive presence.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple accounts and manage complex topics independently.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States.
