Location: Must be based in Solna, Sweden (Onsite position with extensive travel across Europe).

What you will do
- Coordinate communication and activities across international consortium partners, including workshops and meetings.
- Monitor project timelines, progress, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Support the preparation of project reporting and documentation, including financial follow-ups.
- Provide administrative and logistical support, including event planning and coordination.
- Facilitate alignment among various project stakeholders to drive progress forward.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or European Studies.
- 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably with EU-funded research projects.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Must pass a security vetting process (citizenship obligations may apply).
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across Europe.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of additional European languages.
- Familiarity with EU research policies and funding programmes.
- Experience with project management tools.
