What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of an AI project portfolio, ensuring quality, timelines, and commercial viability.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships, acting as the primary senior point of contact.
• Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Develop compelling proposals and sales pitches to generate new leads and account growth.
• Mentor and develop project team members' skills.
• Advise clients on AI strategy and the practical application of AI in the insurance value chain.

Requirements

• Experience working in highly regulated industries, ideally property & casualty commercial & specialty insurance.
• Deep understanding of the commercial insurance value chain and its application for AI implementation.
• Proven experience in technology project delivery, preferably from a consulting or data-specific background.
• Adept at building customer trust and translating between technical details and core business challenges.
• Ability to provide structured, analytical breakdowns of problems and define clear solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
