Salary: €86,600–€117,200 gross per year.

What you will do
- Lead and grow a high-impact team of data scientists focused on Trust & Safety challenges.
- Drive the overall detection data science strategy encompassing analytics, experimentation, and machine learning.
- Oversee the development, deployment, and performance of models identifying malicious users and risky behaviors at scale.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to align on roadmaps, strategy, and business goals.
- Define success metrics and ensure projects deliver measurable value for the platform and members.
- Maintain high quality standards in modelling, documentation, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience leading and growing teams in high-impact machine learning problem spaces.
- Strong applied background in machine learning including techniques like NLP, computer vision, or GenAI.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for working with large datasets in production environments.
- Experience in detection, fraud, abuse, risk, or adversarial problem spaces.
- Ability to connect technical decisions to user impact and broader business goals.

- Pragmatic communication skills to explain complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
