Salary: €65,000–€80,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and drive the long-term category strategy for the Benelux region.
• Analyze market and customer data (NielsenIQ, SIS, Seven) to guide assortment, pricing, and promotional tactics.
• Partner with key retail accounts like Albert Heijn and Jumbo to lead category development conversations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align commercial plans.
• Lead, develop, and coach a junior Category Manager.
• Create compelling, insight-led narratives for senior leadership and external retail partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of FMCG experience, including at least 3+ years in Category Management.
• Strong technical expertise in NielsenIQ, SIS, and Seven tools.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English required.
• Experience working on the supplier/A-brand side, specifically with Albert Heijn or Jumbo.
• Ability to translate complex data sets into simple, visual commercial stories.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Amsterdam office at least 3 days a week.
