Salary: $84,200 – $215,400 per year (range varies by location).

What you will do
- Design and evolve engineering productivity solutions for reliable and scalable developer workflows.
- Diagnose and resolve complex workflow issues including CI reliability, dependency drift, and performance regressions.
- Create automation for workflow orchestration, quality gates, and self-service tooling.
- Integrate AI-assisted engineering tools like GitHub Copilot to streamline debugging and documentation.
- Contribute clear designs, test plans, and robust engineering documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- Proven coding experience in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Must be able to work from the office 4 days per week if within 50 miles of a designated office.
- Solid understanding of reliability, quality practices, and developer productivity systems.
- Proficiency with developer tools including Git and CI/CD fundamentals.
- Ability to validate outputs from AI-assisted tools and protect sensitive data.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted engineering tools (Azure AI Studio, LLMs).
- Experience debugging complex codebases across Windows and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with AI evaluation techniques and quality practices.
