Salary: $130,900 – $303,600 per year

What you will do

• Drive strategy initiatives and rhythm of business (ROB) to ensure organizational alignment and prioritization.
• Design complex annual budgets, manage long-term forecasting, and ensure financial progress aligns with strategic goals.
• Partner with leadership to execute business plans, ensuring operational continuity and corporate governance.
• Oversee organizational design, headcount strategy, and resource management planning.
• Lead executive-level communications and structure strategic messaging on behalf of leadership.
• Champion culture initiatives and D&I strategies to maintain a healthy organizational scorecard.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in financial management, strategy, operations, or project management.
• Proven ability to create clarity in ambiguous situations and drive cross-functional execution.
• Strong background in corporate governance, budgeting, and performance management.
• Excellent communication skills with experience managing executive-level stakeholder relationships.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
