About the Role
You will execute and monitor on-chain transactions daily, manage vault operations including deposits and withdrawals, and deploy smart contract wallets for partners using internal tools. You will support partners through vault launches, track fee structures and yield realization, maintain vault documentation, build and refine operational playbooks, track operational metrics, and use AI tools to automate and optimize processes.
Requirements
- 1-3 years working in operations, crypto asset management, or other analytical role
- DeFi experience (corporate or as an individual user) is a MUST
- Deep understanding of DeFi primitives: vaults, liquidity pools, lending markets, yield strategies
- Comfortable executing transactions on-chain via block explorers and smart contract wallets
- Strong grasp of the broader crypto ecosystem and protocol interactions
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple partners and workflows
- Experience with documentation tools
- Comfortable working with AI tools to automate and optimize processes
Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor on-chain transactions across multiple chains
- Manage daily vault operations including deposits, withdrawals, and monitoring yield realization
- Deploy smart contract wallets for new partners using internal tools
- Support partners through vault launches from start to finish
- Track and manage fee structures across all active vaults
- Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new partners
- Maintain comprehensive vault documentation
- Build and refine operational playbooks as processes evolve
- Track operational metrics and flag issues proactively
- Automate and optimize processes using AI tools
