What you will do

• Conduct and lead detailed requirements gathering sessions and workshops, capturing business needs in the form of precise user stories.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs and implement configurations across Salesforce.
• Design, build, and deploy complex declarative automation solutions using Salesforce Flow to streamline business processes.
• Manage data quality and perform data migration tasks, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of Salesforce data.
• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of small to mid-sized projects, coordinating collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and deliver application training for key users.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience working with Salesforce across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations across clouds.
• Experience applying project management methodologies to lead small to mid-sized projects successfully.
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration, declarative development (Flows), administration, and data modeling, including experience with data migrations.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Salesforce certifications required: Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and/or Data Cloud Consultant.
