• Take projects from idea to implementation with minimal oversight.

Requirements

• 3+ years of coding experience, with an emphasis on front-end development (turbo, hotwire, stimulus, tailwind).
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or another open-source stack.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and CSS libraries like Tailwinds.
• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud.
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work within a few time zones of Pacific (California) time.
• Willingness to complete a Rails coding challenge as part of the interview process.
