What you will do

• Collaborate with the COO and trust entity MDs to support the development and implementation of operational strategies.
• Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders, including Trust Boards and regulators.
• Operationalize and coordinate the implementation of strategic initiatives across the trust entities.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the executive team and key stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adapt operational processes and strategies.
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures that promote efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in financial services, consulting, and/or project management, with experience in regulated entities or trust bank industries.
• Proven experience in project management, including tools, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and generate actionable insights.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• The ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment with teams spanning multiple time-zones.
