What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to Spanish clients, designing and implementing modern talent management processes within the platform.
• Lead strategic onboarding and implementation projects for solutions including performance, goals, and engagement.
• Translate complex customer HR strategies into tailored platform configurations and best practices.
• Guide HR teams in adopting data-driven decision-making, people analytics, and digital workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Gather strategic market feedback to contribute to product evolution and solve real HR challenges.

Requirements

• Native Spanish and professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, HR technology implementation, or talent management.
• Strong understanding of talent management practices such as performance, development, engagement, and feedback.
• Proven experience working with HRIS or talent management platforms.
• Consultative and strategic mindset with strong communication skills for interacting with HR leaders.
• Comfortable working in fast-growing SaaS environments.

• Experience in HR transformation or digital HR projects.
