What you will do

• Own end-to-end analytics for the ATM product, enabling data-driven decisions across product, operations, and economics.
• Drive product and growth analytics to understand customer behavior and optimize ATM placement strategy.
• Own unit economics by building models, tracking performance, and identifying efficiency levers.
• Lead operational analytics to ensure transparency and control over cash flows and develop models for optimal cash levels, timing, and logistics.
• Partner with business stakeholders, turning ambiguous problems into actionable insights and decisions.
• Hire and lead a team of analysts, establishing strong execution and analytical culture.

Requirements

• A mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university (MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, NSE, etc.).
• Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, and systematic thinking.
• Advanced SQL skills are a must; Python or R is a significant plus for complex research.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Superset, or similar BI tools to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to understand business objectives and transfer them into technical analytical tasks.
• English proficiency (B1+) for effective collaboration within our international community.
