What you will do

• Develop end-to-end Tableau dashboards from data source creation through to user acceptance.
• Design and build data marts using SQL and Google BigQuery.
• Optimize dashboard performance to ensure scalability and efficient data retrieval.
• Translate business stories and user requirements into clear technical specifications for database developers.
• Create prototypes, visual mockups, and perform data discovery to support organizational decision-making.
• Collaborate with product managers, business owners, and technical teams in a cross-functional environment.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Tableau, including advanced visualization and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience working with financial data.
• Excellent SQL skills and hands-on experience with Google BigQuery or similar cloud data platforms.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data architecture principles.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Must be based in LATAM or Poland.
