What you will do

• Interpret ML/AI model outputs (precision, recall, AUC-ROC, SHAP, drift) and translate into actionable executive recommendations with business context.
• Write complex SQL queries (CTEs, window functions) and Python scripts (pandas, scikit-learn) to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Deploy and consume data pipelines and ML workloads in Azure and Databricks environments.
• Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to monitor business KPIs and model performance.
• Act as internal AI/ML consultant: evaluate feasibility, co-design success criteria, prioritize initiatives with stakeholders.
• Ensure data governance, quality, integrity, and documentation standards for reports and models.

Requirements

• ML/AI translation skills to communicate technical metrics to non-technical audiences via reports and presentations.
• Advanced SQL and Python for data handling and analysis.
• Experience with Azure, Databricks for data/ML pipelines.
• Dashboard development in Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar.
• Strategic thinking as internal consultant for AI/ML business leverage.
• Executive communication and storytelling with visual literacy principles.
