What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor for accurate and timely MI travel data report production.
• Lead optimization of reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct advanced analysis to identify gaps and trends, providing proactive recommendations.
• Maintain MI profile setup and data quality governance through validation frameworks.
• Manage customer expectations and build requirements proactively.
• Mentor colleagues and serve as domain experts on datasets and platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, business, finance, economics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of data reporting & analytics experience (travel industry preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and one analytical tool (SQL/Tableau/Knime preferred).
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to influence business decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
