Software Engineer II

TL;DR

Software Engineer II: Designs, develops, and maintains software to support development or ZOLL products with an accent on high quality software designs, source code, and unit tests. Focus on software integration activities for integrating software to software or hardware subsystems.

Location: Applicants are expected to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the designated work location: Broomfield, CO, or Chelmsford, MA. This role does not offer relocation.

Salary: $91,700.00 to $115,000.00

What you will do

• Develop, document, and maintain high quality software designs, source code, and unit tests for product software or supporting software such as tools.
• Perform software integration activities for integrating software to software or hardware subsystems.
• Develop, document, and execute software unit verification procedures.
• Participate in and support the development of, and sometimes executes portions of, software verification protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and contributes to positive team environment that creates high quality solutions.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related engineering or science discipline.
• At least 2 years of software design and development experience on a product development team.
• Knowledge and Experience with one or more programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Python.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
