What you will do

• Serve as the primary Business Development contact between hirify.global and its current and prospective clients.
• Explore new market opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
• Lead negotiations to finalize partnership agreements, ensuring outcomes that are beneficial to all parties.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the successful execution of each partnership.
• Perform in-depth analyses to evaluate partnership outcomes, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights.
• Maintain detailed partnership records, including negotiation details, activities, agreements, policies, contracts, and postmortems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
• Excellent networking skills.
• Extensive knowledge and passion for the gaming industry, including familiarity with various game genres, platforms, and emerging trends.
• Proven experience in relationship management, addressing complex challenges, and executing impactful deals.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of effectively engaging diverse audiences.
