What you will do

• Manage operational excellence and support projects across assigned production services.
• Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• Build, maintain, and optimize infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Manage Kubernetes EKS clusters to support resilient, scalable containerized applications.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitOps principles and automation tools.
• Document architecture decisions and mentor entry-level team members on best practices.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Systems Engineering.
• Production experience with AWS infrastructure (EKS, EC2, RDS, VPC) and Docker.
• Proficiency with IaC frameworks like Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of networking, CI/CD, and observability principles.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or PCI DSS.
• Programming skills in Go or Python.
• Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd.
• Relevant professional certifications in AWS or Kubernetes.
