What you will do

• Lead business requirement workshops and translate them into validated technical designs and integration solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of project phases, ensuring delivery, budget compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develop advanced functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce following modern design patterns.
• Implement complex business logic using Salesforce Flows, triggers, and robust exception handling.
• Execute comprehensive test plans covering scalability, security, and application behavior.
• Oversee release management via CI/CD tools like Copado and ensure data integrity during migrations.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience in Salesforce across multiple platforms
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Proven ability to lead small to mid-sized projects using Agile methodologies
• Hands-on expertise in custom Apex, LWC, and data modeling
• Must hold relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant)
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions
