What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and line management to distributed development teams.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical briefs and architectural designs.
• Oversee project delivery, identifying and resolving technical blockers in real-time.
• Uphold DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipeline management, and software development standards.
• Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable using AWS cloud services.
• Collaborate with clients to drive decision-making and ensure project transparency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Italy
• Significant experience as a Technical Lead in an enterprise environment.
• Strong programming skills in Python and expertise with PostgreSQL.
• Deep understanding of DevOps practices, cloud architecture (AWS), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, OWASP) and operational concerns (monitoring, GDPR).
• Experience working directly with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience utilizing LLMs and prompt engineering in production environments.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies and orchestration.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or GCP.
