TL;DR

DevOps Architect (AWS/Kubernetes): Shaping the infrastructure strategy for a Revenue AI platform with an accent on scalability, operational excellence, and cross-org technical leadership. Focus on defining cloud standards, reducing technical debt, and building infrastructure to support modern AI/ML workloads.

Location: Flexible hybrid model based in Tel Aviv, Israel

What you will do

  • Define and evolve cloud and infrastructure architecture across Kubernetes, networking, observability, and security.
  • Identify and resolve cross-team technical debt, architectural gaps, and operational inefficiencies.
  • Partner with engineering leaders to influence architectural decisions and ensure scalable, secure solutions.
  • Develop frameworks, tooling, and POCs to increase developer enablement and engineering velocity.
  • Drive major cross-functional initiatives focused on reliability, scalability, and cost optimization.
  • Build infrastructure capable of supporting AI/ML workloads, GPUs, and large-scale data pipelines.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure at scale.
  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes and distributed systems.
  • Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Crossplane, or Pulumi) and GitOps methodologies.
  • Programming proficiency in Python or Go.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-team initiatives and driving alignment without direct authority.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure, GPU environments, LLM workloads, or large-scale data pipelines.
