What you will do

• Oversee and manage a dedicated caseload of patients with complex or escalating mental health needs.
• Act as a key liaison between frontline clinical teams, external GPs, and NHS Mental Health Services.
• Serve as the organisational Safeguarding Lead, driving policy development and clinical governance excellence.
• Provide expert clinical guidance to the multidisciplinary team regarding complex cases and medication management.
• Conduct clinical audits and refine screening protocols to ensure alignment with professional standards.
• Lead safeguarding investigations and provide specialist supervision to the clinical team.

Requirements

• NMC Registered RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) status is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in mental health care.
• Proven expertise in risk management, clinical auditing, or safeguarding leadership.
• Deep understanding of mental health medications and long-term care for complex presentations.
• Strong proficiency in digital health platforms for video consultations and medical record keeping.
• Must be currently based in the UK to perform this role.
