What you will do

• Write and edit clinical care plans and documentation content for EHR systems.
• Perform literature reviews to ensure all content reflects current evidence-based nursing practices.
• Refine and optimize clinical workflows within EHR systems for technical and clinical accuracy.
• Support customer engagement through inquiries, surveys, and collaborative calls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and HIT vendors to integrate relevant, up-to-date content.
• Participate in short-term projects and committees to support accreditation and regulatory alignment.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• 5-10+ years of professional nursing experience.
• 3-5 years of direct clinical experience in acute care inpatient pediatric nursing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing.
• Experience with medical writing (publications, policies, or clinical overviews).
• Proficiency in Excel and literature searching via PubMed.
• Experience using AI tools to augment clinical practice.

Nice to have

• Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) certification.
• Experience with Joint Commission or CMS accreditation standards.
• Knowledge of inpatient EHR vendor workflows.
