What you will do

• Own and execute key areas of the month-end close process to ensure timely financial results.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet analyses.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance internal controls and reporting efficiency.
• Support financial reporting deliverables, including internal schedules, external statements, and audit requirements.
• Partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams to provide insights into financial variances.
• Utilize data tools to reduce manual workflows and improve visibility into accounting activities.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of progressive experience in accounting.
• Strong proficiency in U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP platforms.
• Proven track record of improving process efficiency and accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to use data tools like SQL or Power BI for reporting.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
