What you will do

• Lead the hiring strategy for the Technology & Product streams to meet company growth goals.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 4-5 recruiters through regular 1:1s and performance feedback.
• Analyze recruitment funnels, identify bottlenecks, and utilize data to optimize the hiring process.
• Manage intake meetings and align stakeholders on role scope, compensation, and market reality.
• Personally source and close 2-4 senior or complex critical roles.
• Facilitate team retrospectives and implement best-in-class assessment techniques.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT recruitment for Tech and Product roles.
• 2+ years of experience in a Lead or Supervisor position managing a recruiting team.
• Proven ability to influence hiring managers and manage high-pressure stakeholder expectations.
• Strong background in data-driven decision-making and recruitment analytics.
• English: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) and Russian: Native.
• Willingness to relocate to Cyprus.
