• Develop and execute external employer brand strategy via events and partnerships.
• Organize online and offline conferences, meetups, and university activities.
• Build relationships with tech communities and olympiad programming circles.
• Create internal communication formats like all-hands, leadership updates, and Q&A sessions.
• Define messaging and tone of voice for brand initiatives.
• Analyze activity effectiveness and implement improvements based on data.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in employer branding, event management, or marketing.
• Proven track record of organizing external events and community programs.
• Experience managing internal communication channels and employee engagement events.
• Strong stakeholder management and execution skills.
• Ability to convert broad ideas into detailed plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
